For over 20 years the White Oak family have been welcomed into the homes of West Australians, their sacred, safe place. White Oak has never, and will never, take this privilege for granted. Doors are opened to a team of dedicated and compassionate people who work with individuals; providing a range of support from general home assistance through to clinical care. White Oak is an accredited provider, enabling eligible people to access Government subsidised services - Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support (CHSP), Veterans Home Care, Community Nursing (through the Department of Veterans Affairs), and Interim Hospital Packages.
