Air-Conditioning Service

Just like anything that has moving parts, air conditioning systems have components that need to be service or replaced on a regular basis, wear out and need to be replaced.

The compressor needs oil, or it will seize up, the filter gets clogged with dirt, bacteria and moisture - a blocked air-con filter will affect the performance of the entire system.

The refrigerant in a car's air conditioning system is a special gas that needs to be replaced or recharged completely within four years from the manufacturing date and then again every two to three years to keep its maximum effectiveness.
