Trevor Wells is the founding partner of Lough & Wells Lawyers and a director of the firm. Admitted as a solicitor in 1975, Trevor has worked in private practice for a number of firms in both Sydney and Wollongong. Trevor obtained his specialist accreditation in personal injury law when the scheme was first introduced in NSW 1994 and has been practising as a specialist for 20 years. He has served on the common law rights committee for the Law Society of NSW.
Trevor has also practised law in a wide range of areas including family law, estate law, criminal law, conveyancing, employment law and various commercial areas of law. Assisted by his experienced staff, Trevor has a hands-on approach to his practice, ensuring that he sees all clients personally and is aware of the progress of their claims at all times.
Outside of work, Trevor has been actively involved in various associations, sporting organisations, and communities over the years, and this involvement has given him an understanding of the needs of individuals from all walks of life. Trevor spends his weekends with his grandchildren at his farm in Jamberoo.
