How do I start a Project?
Projects requests can come through the ITS Project Office, by filling in a work request and then the consultation and discovery process begins. ITS reviews all project requests and initiatives on a weekly basis (Triage Meeting), and more information can be found on the ITS Website.
When are the meetings of the technology forums?
A meeting calendar is published and kept up to date on the wiki.
Which forum should I submit my project idea to?
This will depend on which business unit owns the system for which the majority of the work will take place. If you are unsure, talk to your business unit owner.
Are there example submission's I can follow?
Yes, the ITS PMO can supply example submissions on request.
Is there someone who can help me to complete and check the documents before submission?
Yes! The ITS PMO is able to provide support.
What is the current ITS PMO reporting cycle?
Currently the PMO requires all projects to submit a weekly status report through the Enterprise Project Management System (EPM), they are due by COB Friday of every week. The PMO can provide direction and assistance with your status reports if required.
