Employers
What we do
Summit staff aim to understand your business needs to supply you with the most appropriate candidates. We handle both permanent and temporary vacancies across all industry areas and offer a number of specialist services that complement your recruitment needs.
We pride ourselves on being informed of up to date information that may assist employers including industry assistance packages, traineeships, group training or labour hire and work experience programs available to businesses.
Training
Summit recognise the need for jobseekers and businesses to up skill from time to time. We have a suite of short courses, programs, accredited and non accredited training across a number of industries and can be delivered on an individual or group basis, in a training room or on the job (in the workplace).
Indigenous Services
Summit not only helps our jobseekers find suitable employment opportunities but also provides training and assistance to overcome barriers to finding work. We work with Indigenous groups to put in place the programs and support that is culturally appropriate and tailored to community needs.
We provide outreach services, Community projects and access to transport or accommodation to help jobseekers find and retain work.
