Your visit

At St Vincent's Private Hospital, we are committed to providing you with the best possible patient care before you arrive, during your stay and after you leave our hospital.

To help us prepare for your admission we require your admission details form prior to the day of your admission. This form should be sent to our Booking Office or faxed through on 03 9419 6585, as soon as possible.

If you have not received the admission form from your doctor, please download and print the file and return it as described above.

What are your visiting hours?
Visiting hours for areas other than maternity are between 2.00pm and 8.00pm each day. Your immediate family may visit you at any time, with hospital approval, and if visitors are not able to visit during these times, the nurse in charge can arrange alternate times.
What are visiting hours in the Maternity Ward?
The Maternity Unit visiting times are: 2.00pm - 4.00pm and 7.00pm - 8.00pm. Please encourage visitors to come during the general visiting hours. We also ask you to respect other patients by keeping noise to a minimum.
