As an Independent Supervisory Authority for Property Agents (Auctioneers, Estate Agents & Property Managers) in Tasmania, We Act on Behalf of the Tasmanian Government (via Office of Consumer Affairs) To:
Provide a Tribunal System to Address Serious Complaints Against Real Estate Service Providers.
Manage the Registration of Property Agents
- Ensure That Only People with Correct Qualifications & Experience Are Working in the Industry.
Manage Education of Property Agents
Approval of Qualifications & Continuing Education To:
- Increase Consumer Confidence & Protection
- Promote Professionalism
- Improve Skills & Knowledge
Enforce the Act & Code of Conduct That Governs Real Estate Industry Behaviour.
