Market Value is defined as the estimated amount for which an asset should exchange on the date of valuation between a willing buyer, in an arm's length transaction, after proper marketing, wherein the parties had each acted knowledgably, prudently and without compulsion.

Our area of service covers the Central West and South Coast of New South Wales. In the Central West area we are focused on the regional centres of Orange, Bathurst, Parkes, Forbes, Dubbo, Cowra, Mudgee and Young. However we also extend our services to smaller centres including Condobolin, West Wyalong, Canowindra, Blayney, Oberon and Molong.
