The Metropolitan Cemeteries Board manages and maintains six cemetery and memorial garden sites around Perth.

Each cemetery has a distinct character and offers a wide range of options for burial and commemoration.

If you are arranging a funeral for someone who has died, or planning a funeral in advance, a fundamental decision needs to be made as to whether you would prefer burial or cremation. Once this decision is made, there are many additional options available to suit the needs, beliefs and values of individuals, families, religious and cultural groups.

Part of making arrangements for a funeral service is giving families and friends the opportunity to say farewell together - this may be a celebration of life, an honouring of memories or simply and opportunity to gather together to reflect upon the life of a loved one.
