In traditional Italian style, Andy Clappis and his parents, his children and siblings all play a role in the life of "Our Place @ Willunga Hill', a function centre born of a desire to share their collective passion for exceptional food in an atmosphere of celebration.
There is no doubt that determination and hours of hard work are responsible for their success and Andy refers constantly to the generosity of his parents who are in the kitchen every day, despite being 'retired'.
However, the true secret to the Clappis story seems to be their ineffable zest for life that easily fills the generous proportions of their kitchen and dining room and is now flowing like a river of good taste and good fun, Italian style, to the wider community.
