About Us

A bit about who we are & what we are doing.

Borrelli-Quirk Newcastle Real Estate has been established in the Newcastle region since 1955 and has been affiliated with the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales since that time and was instrumental in founding the Estate Agents Co-Operative Services in Newcastle.

Located at the harbour front in the prestigious Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club at Wickham in Newcastle, Borrelli-Quirk Newcastle Real Estate has been successfully operating in and around Newcastle, Hunter Valley & Port Stephens since 1955.

Direction & Future Vision

A bit about where we are going.

For over 50 years Borrelli-Quirk Newcastle Real Estate has been successfully operating in and around Newcastle. From the beginning our focus has been on Service, Outcome & Reliability.

We offer our services as an alternative to being treated like a number. With our boutique attitude and smaller scale, we have the ability to recognise individuality and provide the service, outcome & reliability to provide you with the successful outcome you deserve.

If you are seeking professional, friendly and personal attention, call on one of Newcastle’s more established Real Estate Agency’s.

Our office is located in the Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club Commercial Centre in the heart of the city's growing Honeysuckle precinct.

Although, we are located in Newcastle's harbour side CBD, we have 50 plus years of experience and knowledge of the whole Hunter Valley area, including a well-established property management portfolio in the Port Stephens, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle regions.
