About Us
Our Organisation Aims to:
- Assist older and frail aged persons and other persons with disabilities who live in the Harden Local Government Area to maintain independent living where this is considered to be safe and appropriate.
- Support carers of our clients described above.
- Provide a range of support services including transport, respite, personal care, social support, yard maintenance and meals.
Incorporated as an Association 11th January 2000.
