North Shoalhaven Meals On Wheels provides a variety of nutritionally balanced meals to frail, older people, carers, people with dementia to remain living independently at home and in their community. More Than Just A Meal We Nourish - A Meal delivered to your door. Nutritious Meals can be provided up to 7 days a week for short or long term periods. Services are flexible and can be stopped and started as required. Volunteers are the heart of our organisation and we depend heavily on their support. We provide a range of opportunities for people to volunteer and help in their own communities.
