WEEKENDS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: Doctors reserve the rights not to bulk bill.

ON ARRIVAL
Upon arrival staffs are required to positively identify you by asking the following questions: Name, Address and Date of Birth. Medicare/Veteran + concession cards must be presented to the Receptionist to ensure your details are kept up to date.
