About Us

International Cycle Centre (ICC) is a family owned business and have been in the cycling industry since the mid 1940’s.

Peter Giessauf started racing and fixing bikes at the ripe old age of 12 years old (since 1972). He was introduced to the cycling industry by his dad, Karl Giessauf, who raced for the Puch cycling team in Austria. Karl made Giessauf steel frames that are still around today and was well-known for his wheel building skills. Karl and Thelma Giessauf originally owned the bike shop on the corner of Semaphore & Military Road up until the late 80’s when Peter took over.

We pride ourselves on being female and LGBTQI friendly. In fact, we are keen on anyone that loves the freedom and thrill riding a bike can offer.
