Will my partner/family/friends find out?
Grampians Community Health is a confidential service that will respect and maintain your privacy. Your partner/family/friend will not be informed. Your consent is required before any information is given out to other health and welfare professionals.
Is there a cost?
Many of our services we provide are free, for the other services a fee does apply.
Does the Police/CPU have to be involved?
The only time that Police or CPU are involved is if there are concerns for your or your children’s safety. However, this is always discussed with you before any contact is made.
How to access a service?
Referral and self-referral can be made directly to the intake worker for any service at GCH. The intake worker will then make sure you are contacted promptly by the service you need.
