Guarantees & Warranties
Our standard range of rainwater tanks are covered by a 10 year warranty (not pro-rata). Our standard range of cartage and spray tanks are covered by a similar warranty for a period of 5 years. More information on the warranty can be accessed from the warranty link on the page for that particular product.
If you find that goods you have received from Global Rotomoulding Pty Ltd are defective due to manufacturing fault or fail in any way during the warranty period, fail to perform as advertised or are not the same as advertised, you have the right to return the goods with proof of purchase to us for replacement or a refund. Refunds do not include initial freight costs.
Design
As innovation is a key to Global's success. One of Global's most important services is the use of a Design Engineer in the development of new products. Global Roto - moulding offers the service of this design engineer to all new and potential customers.
From discussions and drawings with customers the design engineer is able to produce a concept picture that has a near likeness to the end project.
