Huon Eldercare is a community based not-for-profit organisation for rural health services, contemporary services of residential and community care packages. The facility is based in Franklin, overlooking the majestic Huon River and is surrounded by deciduous native trees, manicured gardens and orchards laden with fruit and locally grown delicacies.
Services We Offer
Esperance Multi Purpose Health Centre is situated in the picturesque fishing village of Dover, with beautiful views of Port Esperance. Residents are provided with stunning landscaped gardens, scenic walks, caring and professional staff and a well-equipped facility including new kitchen, walking paths and online access.
The delivery of aged care and health services in the Dover region will be maintained and integrated current services at both facilities ensures the health needs of the community are met.
