When we set out to create a new benchmark in over 50's living, we knew there had to be a better way than just creating another senior's community.

Over the next 25 years the number of Australians aged between 55 and 75 will nearly double to 5.3 million people, and the demand to provide quality living options will be enormous.

Our vision was to establish a benchmark in community living for seniors that would set the standard for everything to come.

Services We Offer

At the heart of Seachange Arundel is our 5-Star Country Club, an extension of every resident's living room and a built expression of our mind, body and soul philosophy.

To nourish the soul we built spaces for friends to meet and groups to gather - meeting rooms and a dining room with stage and dance floor.

To nourish the body we incorporated the best sporting facilities - including a flood-lit tennis court, gym and indoor and outdoor pools - so our residents can keep fit and fabulous.

Much is said about the benefits of community living, and at its very core is a simple concept of like-minded people sharing common interests and interacting on a daily basis at many levels to enrich each other's lives.
