Millar | Merrigan was founded in 1966 and incorporated in its present name in 1973. Since then the firm has evolved into an integrated and multi-disciplinary organisation. As consultants, Millar | Merrigan have completed projects throughout Australia involving many facets of the development industry. We specialise in professional services to the Land Development industry, and are geared to service a broad client base, from everyday problems to planned communities.

We believe that having the combination of the above disciplines under the one roof gives our company an advantage in being able to produce innovative design solutions that are also practical and cost effective. Millar | Merrigan provide a one stop shop for all your development needs or we can assist in specific areas as a part of a project team.

We have had substantial experience in working with other design professionals. We acted as consultants in conjunction with the architects, McIntyre Partnership in the development of the Dinner Plain Resort at Mount Hotham and we acted as the surveyors and civil engineers for the Wyndham Waters Estate at Truganina.

We are a Quality Assured company, and hold License Agreement No. QEC 4750 from Standards Australia Quality Assurance Services and are certified under ISO 9001: 1994. This accreditation was first awarded on 26th June 1995. Our QA system is designed to provide on-going review, and modification as required, to ensure total quality management, and has a high emphasis on achieving customer satisfaction.
