About Us
Coastal Fasteners was launched 25 years ago, and has based its success on understanding the Sunshine Coast market and meeting local needs.
However, it has not been a rags to riches story. Initially, the business struggled in difficult times and in the face of stiff competition.
It was only the perseverance of the management team, Steve Gealy & Ron Stoyle that enabled Coastal Fasteners to find its market niche.
Economic climate in the early stages had everyone advising both Steve & Ron that tough times would keep them struggling to crack the market, however, both the long-time locals remained hopeful and continued to pursue their dream of success.
Obtaining stock also became an issue, due to the fact that they could not carry the same stock levels as their larger competitors.
