What We Do
Sketch Design
We work closely with our clients to establish a detailed brief before developing design drawings and diagrams to fully describe the sketch design proposal. This service is conducted as part of a feasibility study which includes completed sketch drawings of a standard able to be submitted for planning approvals and an opinion of probable cost of the proposed works.
Contract Documentation
The design is then developed into a set of documents suitable for your building application, and for tendering and construction.
Contract Administration
We can assist you with the building contract, negotiations throughout construction, and provide a quality control service to ensure the finished product is constructed in accordance with the documentation, and to your satisfaction.
