Country Estates Hills & Country Specialists commenced business at Birdwood in the early 1970’s and is the most well-known and established Real Estate Agency in the district.
Managing Director John Tate has had 45 years’ experience in all facets of real estate. John is an affiliate member of the Real Estate Institute of S.A. and for many years has acted as a qualified value, is a highly skilled and experienced auctioneer and is a leader in his profession.
Director/Sales Manager Mark Watkins is highly experienced in selling all types of Hills and Country properties, manages the sales team, and has a strong focus on client care. Winner of the 2009 Real Estate Institute Local Residential Salesperson of the Year (Hills) and has achieved Platinum status within the Pittard Training group for exceptional sales and client care.
