About Us
Founded in 2010, the ADS/GDS Group of companies have quickly developed into one of the major suppliers of drilling equipment, parts and services within the underground coal mining industry, both domestically and abroad. The group consists of the following entities:
- Australian Drilling Systems (ADS)
- Global Drilling Systems (GDS)-
- Geosteer.
- Offering complete drilling solutions.
- ADS can provide a full range of equipment, staff, services and consultation.
What We Do
Soon after, a long term services contract with Whitehaven Coal’s Narrabri operation, located in New South Wales, Australia, was awarded to GDS. To date, the Narrabri project has resulted in over 300,000 metres being drilled. Along with supporting contracts at the Wambo and Integra mining operations in the New South Wales Hunter Valley region, and our ongoing relationship through hiring and maintenance service to BHP Appin mining operations in the states Illawarra region. GDS continue to offer a complete and professional service to all our clients and are confident our proven results and performance will continue to expand our drilling programs.
