iPlan is a Queensland based town planning consultancy providing specialist development assessment services to both the private and public sector.

With over 30 years combined experience between its two founding Directors, iPlan draws upon extensive experience in local government and private sector development.

With projects in both Queensland and New South Wales of varying complexities, ranging from small lot houses through to master planned industrial estates, iPlan provides complete town planning services and is an Accredited Risk Smart Consultant.

iPlan has also provided service to the public sector through the assessment of development applications and the coordination of the IDAS process on behalf of Local Authorities.

Risk Smart (DA)

iPlan Town Planning Pty Ltd is an accredited consultancy under Brisbane City Council's Risk Smart Program. iPlan, was one of a select town planning consultants invited to participate in the initial Industry Involvement in Development Assessment (IIDA) Pilot Program which has since evolved into the Risk Smart Program. Risk Smart is a simple and fast way to get low-risk development proposals approved by Brisbane City Council.

For eligible proposals, iPlan is responsible for assessing the development application against Brisbane City Council's codes and policies as well as the preparation of draft conditions and approval packages. Brisbane City Council will grant development approval based on our recommendation with no additional assessment or delay.
