Graham Caddies commenced Advance Profitplan in January 1994. He established the business to assist small to medium organisations improve and grow their businesses, to establish effective governance, compliance, risk, assurance and continuity management and to establish an effective business management system covering all business functional areas.
He and his team are professionals that are experienced and qualified. They provide their service on the principle "working together to achieve maximum results". This applies to the relationship with their staff and their clients.
They see their role as mentoring, facilitating, coaching and partnering their clients to empower their client and their staff to improve understanding and capability. We work with our own staff and a network of approved associates who are specialists in their own field.
We provide general consulting, auditing and training in our speciality areas. We work with Boards / Directors, Senior / Middle / Frontline Managers / Supervisors and workforce.
We are on the preferred supplier panels at Federal and Local Government level. We are auditors with a number of State Government bodies.
We provide "in house" and "public" courses. We can conduct training anywhere in Queensland and selected interstate.
We manage and operate our business and each of our projects under the principals of quality, safety, environmental, compliance, and risk management. At the centre of our business and our client relationship is establishing and maintaining effective consultation, communication; and validation, verification of requirements and outcomes; feedback and continuous improvement.
