His customers receive help with technical problems and product information when he calls at their salons. John’s well-stocked van can fill most of their wants and needs, from a pipette (dropper) to quality electric files (drills).

Nancy’s devotion to the nail industry shows in all sectors. Her salon, Girl Talk, where she is fully hands on, has a huge client base and her nail training facility, The Nail Science Institute of Queensland, delivers courses in nail technology. Her devotion to her students and determination for them to succeed in the business of nails is second to none.
