Established within the UWA School of Primary, Aboriginal and Rural Health Care, the Rural Clinical School incorporates medical students from the University of Notre Dame Australia. The School has the explicit goal of attracting more doctors to regional, rural and remote practice.Research
Research is an important and growing function in the work of The Rural Clinical School of Western Australia (RCSWA) as it strives to improve the health of people in the country.
Research allows us to tackle the questions important to those that live in the bush - questions that may only be able to be explored in a local context. Indigenous health is a special focus.
