Introducing Reeves Industrial

Reeves Industrial began its operations as Whyalla Labour Hire in 1999 with two personnel. From this modest beginning the firm grew and expanded its customer base and service range until, by the end of 2006, Whyalla Labour Hire employed 12 staff.

Having outgrown the 'labour hire' tag and wanting to reflect a much broader range of services, the company underwent a name change in early 2007 becoming Reeves Industrial.

Vawn Engineering Safety Award Finalist

Vawn Engineering has won recognition for its safety initiative at the 2013 Arrium One Steel Excellence Awards.

The development of a new Snorkel Exchange Frame that removes many of the manual handling and posture issues commonly associated with repairing snorkels was runner-up in the Safety Contractor Initiative Award category.

Developed by Vawn Engineering team member Dean Spriggs, this invention enables adjustments for multiple angles and heights to ensure workers can perform their tasks both safely and comfortably.
