Dr mark Ralfe has been working with sports teams since he was a medical sudent and been involved ever since. Mark completed his medical degree in New Zealand before coming over to Australia to continue his training, doing four years in hopsitals obtaining post graduate Diplomas in Child Health at the Women and Childrens hospital and in Obstetrics. Mark then became a GP and spent 2 years practicing country medicine. Mark enjoys teaching at Flinders University over the years and often tries to tempt medical students to take up a career in General Practice. Mark Ralfe is a Sports medicine GP with over 11 years’ experience in the SANFL, helps the GWS Giants AFL team when they are in Adelaide.

He has worked for two years as a country doctor in SA before returning to Adelaide and working in general practice and sports medicine.

Mark has a Masters in Sports Medicine as well as postgraduate diplomas in paediatrics and another in obstetrics. Mark performs sports performance hypnosis with athletes of all ages to help with anxiety and other common sports performance issues and works closely with his wife Jenny Williams who is a registered psychologist and high performance coach to maximise on field achievements.
