My name is Denise Ness and I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Pilates instructor and Massage Therapist.
I am registered with Fitness Australia.
I retired from my day to day corporate employment to follow my passion of health and fitness.
My Qualifications include: Personal Trainer, Pilates instructor, Massage therapist, Aqua instructor and COTA Strength for Life instructor (50+ fitness training).
I have successfully completed the course: "Exercise and the Older Person" as I am passionate about maintaining health and fitness as we age... I do not believe age is or should be a barrier. In fact, I believe it is very important to keep moving as we age to maintain our quality of life and continue to relish the lifestyle we enjoy.
I understand the importance of keeping up to date with new information, hence my desire to continue to learn and develop; ensuring clients are kept up to date with the latest data.
My passion is assisting and encouraging others to maintain correct posture and flexibility through movement. I am keen to have the opportunity to talk to people and assist them in meeting their individual goals in all aspects of health and fitness such as strength, cardio, flexibility, mobility, balance and posture, while having fun and feeling great!!
Classes are small to enable individual attention and last for 50 minutes. All classes and exercises are able to be modified to ensure all fitness levels are addressed. The room is small and intimate allowing for a non-threatening workout with a personal touch added.
