Midstate Employment may test, interview and medical check applicants if required. A comprehensive induction confirms the contract, licensing, policies and procedures between Midstate and the employee.
Employees are inducted into the Host's worksite to provide them with an awareness of the workplace expectations, policies and procedures. A Field Officer is assigned to you to provide valuable, ongoing support to both you and the Host Employer.
