To enhance management of all corrective actions, preventive actions, incidents, customer complaints & improvement opportunities we have implemented an online/electronic non-conformance management system.
This forms an integral part of our IMS.
Tracking actions & outcomes of incidents / non-conformance's etc., the system provides summary reporting & performance analysis with transparency at all stages throughout the process.
