What We Do

Macquarie Alarm Services primary function is to provide 24 hour “back to base” monitoring of alarm diallers and to respond to these events in line with the company’s processes and customer’s needs. In addition to this we install and maintain these systems through our sales/service teams. We respond to and patrol customer premises through our manpower services division. Most other activities are handled internally by our administration team. We strive to be the benchmark for others by providing a local, friendly and familiar service to customers within our service area. At all times we endeavour to remain open, transparent and professional.

What is access control?
A system, usually electronic, that controls the movement of authorised people in and out of dedicated areas of a building or complex. This control is usually based on authority levels and time zones. In most cases data is recorded and stored about when and by whom areas were accessed. Data can also be stored on who has been denied access. There is almost no limit to the size and complexity of an access control system.
