I have worked for helloworld Stockland Nowra for the past 15 years. I have traveled throughout Australia, Europe, West Coast USA, Hawaii, Canada, Mauritius, Thailand, Bali, Lombok, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, China and experienced cruising in the South Pacific and Asia. My favourite destination is Asia as I love the people, food, culture and of course the shopping!

I am looking forward to my next holiday, cruising the Mekong from Vietnam to Cambodia.

I reside outside of Australia. Am I able to make bookings on your site?
Booking via our site is only available to customers within Australia using an Australian issued credit/charge/debit card and travel must originate within Australia.
What meals and services can I expect on my flight?
Qantas (QF), Air New Zealand (NZ) and Emirates (EK) are full service carriers offering complimentary meals and entertainment onboard. (Some exceptions may apply) Regional Express (ZL), also known as Rex, offers complimentary refreshments. Services operated by Jetstar (JQ) and Virgin Blue/Pacific Blue (DJ) offer refreshments and entertainment for purchase onboard selected flights. Please note that most of these services accept cash payments in Australian Dollars only.
What are the free of charge baggage allowances and restrictions on dangerous/prohibited items?
Each airline offers different amounts and restrictions on the amount of free baggage that each passenger is permitted to travel with. Most airlines* allow each passenger to check-in one piece of luggage weighing up to 20kgs within size restrictions. Passengers travelling in Business or First class are often allowed additional baggage. For full details and restrictions, please contact the carrier directly. * Excludes Regional Express (Rex) which permits up to 15kgs baggage free of charge.
How much time do I need to allow for connecting flights?
We advise you to check with the airline directly for minimum connecting times between flights as the requirement varies from airport to airport. As a guideline only when transiting between flights at the same airport, we suggest you allow at least 90 minutes for domestic flights and at least 180 minutes for international flights, this will allow you time to collect your baggage and check-in for your next flight.
Can I book over the phone? Can I view my itinerary online?
Our special internet fares and deals must be booked online. If you would prefer to book over the phone then we suggest you contact your local Travelworld office by phoning Travelworld 13 14 35. Once your booking has been made you will need to refer to your itinerary which was emailed to you.
Do I need visas/vaccinations for my international destination?
Please see your doctor regarding vaccinations. A visa is a form of permission for a non-citizen to travel to, enter, transit or remain in a particular country. A visa does not guarantee entry, that decision remains the right of the immigration officials of the country concerned. Australians should contact the nearest embassy or consulate of the each country they intend to visit well in advance of travel. For more information please log onto http://www.dfat.gov.au/visas/.
What documents are needed for domestic travel?
