You and your family can be assured that we will be there for you when you need us. There is an easy-to-use nurse call system with personal pendants as well. Our Registered Nurse is available face-to-face weekdays and on-call 24/7.
As well as our committed care team, access is also available to a podiatrist, a visiting Medical Officer, and other allied health professionals as required, such as a physiotherapist, dietician and speech pathologist.
At Grace Munro, we believe that each person is a unique individual and therefore the services required are unique to that person. Our personal centred approach begins with a person on admission and his/her accessed needs. This results in choices about day-to-day living, services and care options. In this way, we help maintain independence and dignity whilst providing the best possible care service available.
