Glassplace – a locally owned business manufacturing custom-made aluminium and timber windows in sliding, double-hung, awning and casement configurations. Glassplace manufactures aluminium and timber doors in sliding, French, stacker, bi-fold or corner entry designs.
Glassplace also manufactures a range of other glass products including shower screens, in framed, semi-frameless and frameless designs, mirrors of all kinds and mounting types, wardrobes, glass barriers and balustrades.
Glassplace has operated in Parkes since 1982 and has a well-deserved reputation for quality and service. The business has been further developed by the current owner, Col Lamrock, through the introduction of new products and technical innovations. Col also places a very high priority on customer service and satisfaction.
Glassplace is active in the community supporting Rotary International initiatives in the Parkes area and is involved in projects such as the annual Cubby House Raffle, Rotary Health, Rotary World Community Service, Cancer Assist, Legacy, Men’s Shed and other charities.
The majority of materials used by Glassplace are recyclable. When fitted and used correctly several of our e-Glass and Amplimesh products have the capacity to reduce building energy consumed in heating and cooling.
Glassplace aims to bring the best technology and best service in door and window technology as well as glazing generally to rural New South Wales to the betterment of our customers, our staff and our community.
