Is Agsure being discontinued?
While the Agsure name will change, our commitment to providing leading products is the same. We are transitioning to a more efficient Elders online solution to allow you to continue purchasing farm supplies online. The knowledge and experience of the Agsure team, along with the industry leading technology, are being utilised to develop Elders new online solution.
What does this mean for Elders?
This decision was made in-line with Elders’ Eight Point Plan, to grow our online and capital-light channels to market. The new online Elders model will allow Elders to service a greater geographical footprint, and more efficiently service our farm supplies customers.
I have placed an order online with Agsure, will my order be honoured?
Going forward, we are reviewing orders on a case by case basis to determine if your order meets the minimum order quantity. If it does, we will be in contact with you to arrange fulfilment of your order. In the case that it doesn’t you will receive a full refund through your credit card (same day) or through your bank account (up to 3 business days).
