As an employer we offer:

  • flexible working conditions
  • attractive salaries
  • generous holidays
  • opportunities for advancement
  • a culture of professional support

Today's students will shape Australia's future. Working in our public education system, our staff help children and young people develop into adults who are comfortable with diversity, who act with compassion towards others and who reject violence and discrimination.

What We Do

We ensure young children get the best start in life by supporting and regulating the early childhood education and care sector. We are the largest provider of public education in Australia with responsibility for delivering high-quality public education to two-thirds of the NSW student population.
