What are our terms and conditions?
1. 50% cancellation fee may apply if less than 6 hours’ notice given
2. Consultation must commence and finish as appointed. You will receive notification in the rare case that our schedule is behind more than 15min
3. Time is appointed for administration, analysis, change of clothing and the treatment
4. Bulk sessions can be used only during off-peak hours (11am–4pm) and are to be used within 6 months from date of purchase. They are non-refundable though may be transferred to another individual

By Car - Parking at QV is simple with entrances off Lonsdale Street, Little Lonsdale Street and Russell Street.

By Train - QV is a two-minute walk from Melbourne Central Station, which services all train lines.

Getting to our Northcote location is easy, with plenty of accessible transport and parking.
By Car - there is all day parking located just outside our door, you may also use our private parking area, just let us know prior to your session.
