When do my seven days for Home Trial begin?
The Home Try-On period will start from the day we post your selection of frames. You will have seven days to try on the frames, see how they fit and obtain feedback from family and friends. Post your Home Try-On frames back to us before the due date provided.
Will my Home Try-On glasses include prescription lenses?
No. Home Try-On allows you to choose a selection of frames with non-prescription "demo" lenses to try out in the comfort of your own home. To purchase your favourite frame, simply log in to your account, select your preferred frame and proceed with ordering your prescription glasses (please note you will need to have a copy of your prescription). We will make a brand new pair of glasses for you complete with lenses according to your prescription.
If I have found a pair I like, do I keep them?
No. Please ensure you return all Home Try-On frames in their original condition in the packaging supplied. To purchase your favourite frame simply log into your account, choose your preferred frame and proceed with ordering your prescription glasses.
If Home Try-On is free –Why do you need my credit card at checkout?
There are no charges associated with the Home Try-On service if you return all Home Try-On frames in their original condition and within the required timeframe. Please note, however, the value of your order transaction may appear on your statement as a temporary hold of funds against your card. This will be released upon the return of your Home Try-On frames.
Why does it look like I am being charged freight for Home Try-On frames?
Once you have entered your details and created an account with us any freight charges being applied to your Home Try-On order will be automatically removed.
What happens if the frames are not returned?
If you do not return all the frames in their original condition and within the time frame of seven days from the date the frames were posted to you, then your credit card will be charged for the value of the unreturned frames.
