About the Share Service

The Share Service allows you to send contact details from most listings on this Site to a variety of destinations. These include to your mobile phone via SMS; to an email address; to your Facebook Wall, your Twitter account, or any of the other websites available via the Share Service from time to time.

• To send contact details to your mobile phone; search for the details you want, click the 'send to mobile' link that accompanies the listing and complete and submit the form.
• At the bottom of the SMS you'll receive a link that looks something like this: http://r.whitepages.com.au/WHJCVBJUI If you have an internet-enabled mobile phone, clicking on this link can take you to more details for the listing, such as a map, which appear on White Pages^® Mobile.
• It will not cost you anything to send the SMS from White Pages^® Online to your mobile phone (standard internet charges apply for accessing White Pages^® Online). If you click on the link in your SMS: Data retrieval charges do not apply for Telstra Next G™ and 3G customers browsing White Pages^® Mobile, however retrieval charges may apply for other users. Charges may also apply when viewing any linked sites. Please check with your mobile service provider for more information.
• To send contact details to an email address, search for the details you want, click the 'Send to email' link that accompanies the listing and complete and submit the form.
• An email will be sent to the recipient that includes a link back to White Pages^® Online to view the full listing.
• To send contact details to your Facebook, Twitter or any of the other websites provided by the Share Service, you will firstly need to have set up a profile with that website and be logged in. If you have an account with these websites, search for the details you want, click the icon for the website you wish to send the contact details to, and complete and submit the form.
• Details posted to these websites will vary, but will at a minimum include a link back to White Pages^® Online to view the full listing.

Accessing the Share Service

• To access and use the Share Service, you must:
  • be the owner of the mobile handset or account from which the Share (Send to Mobile) Service is accessed, or have the consent of the owner to access the Share (Send to Mobile) Service from that handset or account; and
  • be the owner of the mobile phone number to which the Share (Send to Mobile) Service is used to send a message, or have the consent of the owner to send a message to that number.
• We may add to, remove or vary any information provided via the Share Service at any time.
• We, and our related entities and contractors, do not guarantee that the Share (Send to Mobile) Service will operate on your mobile handset or operate without causing damage to or disturbing the usual operation of your mobile handset.
• We and our related entities and contractors, do not guarantee that the Share (Send to Email) Service will operate on your computer or internet account or operate without causing damage to or disturbing the usual operation of your computer or internet account.

Your use

• Without limiting clause 3.3 above, you must not and must not attempt to or permit another person to use the Share Service or the information or Content disclosed to you via the Share Service:

About the STML Service

• The STML Service allows you to save listings from White Pages^® Online to a list on the White Pages^® Online site administered by you, and then send that list via email to people you know. To save listing details to your list, search for the details you want, click the 'Save to My List' link that accompanies the listing, and the details will be saved to your list. The list can only be administered (eg amended or deleted) by you using the same computer that you used to initially create the list.
• Once you have created a list by saving listings you can send the list by email by clicking the 'Send to a Friend' link and completing the form.
• The email sending the list will include your email address, a link back to the list on the White Pages^® Online website and links that take users directly to each of the listings that had been saved to that list at the time it was sent.
• Other than any standard internet charges that apply for accessing White Pages^® Online and sending emails, it will not cost you anything to send the STML Service list that you create from White Pages^® Online to your nominated email addresses. We will limit the number of lists that can be sent by email.

Accessing the STML Service

• To access and use the STML Service, you must:
  • be the owner of the internet account from which the STML Service is accessed and the email account from which any list created with the STML Service is distributed, or have the consent of those owners; and
  • be the owner of the email address to which the STML Service list is distributed, or have the consent of the owner to send a message to that email address.
• We may add to, remove or vary any function of or any information provided via the STML Service at any time.
• We and our related entities and contractors, do not guarantee that the STML Service will operate on your computer or internet account or operate without causing damage to or disturbing the usual operation of your computer or internet account.

Your use
