Extra copies can be obtained by:
- Completing a Print Directory Order form online.
- Calling Customer Care Freecall™ 1800 810 211 during 8.00am to 6.00pm EST between Monday and Friday.
- Visiting your local Australia Post Office.
Interstate and out of area White Pages® and Yellow™ directories are available by completing a print delivery request or by calling Customer Care Freecall™1800 810 211 during 8.00am to 6.00pm EST between Monday and Friday. Freight and handling charges apply for out of area directories. Get more details about the delivery charges for out of area directories below. Any applicable charges will appear on your telephone account.
Notice of Increase in Delivery Charges for Out of Area Yellow™ and White Pages® Directories
Sensis Pty Ltd (ABN 30 007 423 912) notifies its out of area Yellow™ and White Pages® directories customers that the delivery charge for out of area directories will be varied on and from 1 January 2007 according to the table below.
Out of area directories are directories for areas outside the area in which the customer is located. For example, if a Melbourne resident or Melbourne based business requests a copy of the Sydney Yellow™ directory or the Ballarat White Pages® regional directory then the customer is requesting an out of area directory.
Sensis needs to increase the delivery charge to customers for out of area directories as a result of the increased costs incurred by Sensis for the freight and handling of out of area directories. The directory charge for out of area directories will remain the same.

For example, if a customer orders 10 out of area metropolitan directories, the customer will incur a total delivery charge of $165.52, comprising a freight fee of $9.32, a handling fee of $5.72 x 10 and a directory fee of $9.90 x 10.
