Cancel Directory Delivery

Cancel your White Pages^® directory delivery

Looking to cancel one or all of your directory deliveries? No problem. Just give us a call on 1800 008 292.

But before you do, have a read of the Frequently Asked Questions below – they provide all the information you need to know about the cancellation process.

What happens when I call to cancel directory deliveries?

When you call, one of our operators will ask you for your home number. This is just so we can confirm your requirements in our system and process your request.

If you don't have a home phone, you will be asked for your name and address instead.

Do I have to cancel all directories?

No – you choose which directories you'd like to receive. For example, you might choose to receive the White Pages^® and cancel the Yellow Pages^®. And in some areas, you could even choose to receive our Business and Government directory, and cancel the residential one.

Is the cancellation permanent?

Yes. As long as you stay at your current address, you won't receive any cancelled directories.

But if you decide that you'd like to receive a cancelled directory in the future, you can restart delivery by calling 1800 008 292.

What happens if I move?

When you move, the cancellation will apply to your old address. Just call us to cancel directories at your new residence.
