When you call, one of our operators will ask you for your home number. This is just so we can confirm your requirements in our system and process your request.
If you don't have a home phone, you will be asked for your name and address instead.
Yes. As long as you stay at your current address, you won't receive any cancelled directories.
But if you decide that you'd like to receive a cancelled directory in the future, you can restart delivery by calling 1800 008 292.
